    About This Team Member

Blake graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2006.  He spent two years in Paul Hansma's lab studying the fracture mechanics of trabecular bone.  His research at Michigan focused on dendrimer interactions with supported lipid bilayers and on AFM methods of measuring and analyzing Type I collagen.  He is currently a post-doctoral associate at the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne.

Outside of the lab Blake spends most of his free time ballroom dancing.
